Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about prayer, community and safety
What is Letspray?
Letspray is a global prayer community created to connect people through prayer.
You can ask for prayer, pray for others, connect with members and participate in prayer groups.
The purpose is simple:
People praying for people.
Do I need an account to ask for prayer?
No.
You can submit a prayer request without creating an account.
We believe asking for prayer should be simple and accessible.
Can I submit a prayer request anonymously?
Yes.
You may choose not to identify yourself when submitting a prayer request.
This can be especially important when the subject is personal, sensitive or connected to situations where revealing your identity could create risk.
Do I need an invitation to join the community?
Yes.
While anyone can ask for prayer, full community access is invitation-based.
The invitation system helps us reduce spam, abuse and unwanted access while building a more intentional community.
What can registered members do?
Registered members can participate more fully in the community.
They can pray for others, build connections, join prayer groups, receive notifications and interact with prayer requests according to the platform’s available features and privacy settings.
Is Letspray free?
Our goal is to keep the essential experience of asking for prayer and participating in prayer accessible.
If optional services or additional features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly identified.
Is Letspray a church?
No.
Letspray is not a church and does not replace participation in a local church.
It is an online prayer community designed to help people connect and pray for one another across distances.
Is Letspray associated with a specific denomination?
Letspray is Christian in its foundation, but it is not intended to represent one particular denomination.
The platform is centered on prayer, faith in Jesus Christ, compassion and mutual support.
Can people who are not Christians ask for prayer?
Yes.
Someone does not need to be a Christian to ask others to pray for them.
People seeking prayer should be treated with kindness and respect.
What kind of prayer requests can I submit?
You may request prayer for many areas of life, including family, relationships, work, health, difficult decisions, grief, gratitude, personal struggles and other situations.
Requests should respect the safety, dignity and privacy of everyone involved.
Can I ask for prayer for someone else?
Yes.
But you should be careful not to reveal private or sensitive information about another person without their permission.
Whenever possible, write the request in a way that protects that person’s identity.
Can I edit or update a prayer request?
Where the platform provides this option, registered users may be able to update their requests or share developments.
This can be useful when circumstances change or when you want to share gratitude for answered prayer.
Can I delete a prayer request?
Where available, you can manage prayer requests associated with your account.
Anonymous requests may have different management options depending on how they were submitted.
What are prayer groups?
Prayer groups are smaller spaces where people can pray together around a shared purpose.
A group might be created for a family, church, ministry, community, particular situation or ongoing prayer topic.
Can I create my own prayer group?

Group creators are responsible for using those spaces respectfully and according to the community guidelines.
Can groups be private?
Yes, privacy options may be available depending on the type of group.
Private groups can be useful when prayer involves a family, church, ministry or sensitive situation.

Letspray may limit the number of connections a member can have.
This is intentional.
The purpose is to encourage meaningful relationships rather than competition for large audiences or follower counts.
Does Letspray have followers?
The platform is not designed around the traditional follower model used by many social networks.
Connections exist primarily to support prayer, community and encouragement.
Popularity is not the objective.
Are there likes or popularity rankings?
Letspray is designed to avoid turning prayer into a popularity contest.
Features are built around meaningful participation rather than public status, influence or attention.
Will my prayer requests be used for advertising?
Letspray is not designed to use personal prayer requests for behavioral advertising or commercial targeting.
Prayer requests can contain sensitive information, and they should be treated accordingly.
Does Letspray show advertisements?
The platform is intended to remain focused on prayer rather than advertising.
If this ever changes in a meaningful way, users should be informed clearly.
Is my information private?
We aim to collect only the information necessary to operate the service and provide users with appropriate privacy options.
You should still avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily.
No online platform can guarantee absolute privacy or security.
Can other people see my real name?
That depends on how you choose to participate and on the privacy settings available for the specific feature.
Anonymous prayer requests are designed to allow participation without publicly displaying your identity.
Can other users see my email address?
Your login or contact information should not normally be displayed publicly simply because you use the platform.
Public profile information and private account information are treated differently.
Is Letspray safe for people in countries where Christianity is restricted?
The platform is being designed with this concern in mind.
Users in sensitive regions should use anonymous options when appropriate and avoid sharing names, locations, churches, meeting places or other information that could identify themselves or other believers.
Personal safety should always come first.
Should I share my location?
Only when you are comfortable doing so and when it is genuinely necessary.
In many prayer requests, there is no need to provide an exact location.
If sharing your location could create risk, do not include it.
Can I send money to another member?
Letspray is not intended to function as a fundraising marketplace.
Be very cautious if another user asks you for money, banking details or financial assistance.
Never allow urgency, guilt or religious language to pressure you into sending money.
What should I do if someone asks for personal information?
Do not provide information you are uncomfortable sharing.
Be especially cautious with requests for addresses, identification documents, banking information, passwords, verification codes or private photographs.
Suspicious behavior should be reported.
How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?
Use the reporting tools available on the platform.
You should report behavior such as harassment, threats, spam, fraud, impersonation, sexual content, hate, intimidation or attempts to obtain sensitive personal information.
What happens after I report someone?
Reports may be reviewed by the moderation team.
Depending on the situation, content may be removed and accounts may be restricted or suspended.
Actions depend on the nature and seriousness of the issue.
Can someone be removed from Letspray?
Yes.
Accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate community rules may have their access restricted or suspended.
The priority is protecting the community and maintaining the purpose of the platform.
Does Letspray guarantee that someone will pray for my request?
No.
We cannot guarantee that a specific number of people will see or pray for a particular request.
The platform exists to make those connections possible, not to promise a particular response.
Does Letspray guarantee that prayers will be answered?
No platform can make such a promise.
Prayer belongs to the relationship between people and God.
Letspray simply helps people bring those prayers together.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or trusted local authority in your country.
